Alex Jablonowski
Alex Jablonowski had a 30 year career in banking, latterly as Chief Executive, International Banking at Barclays.
He now serves as a non executive director on a number of boards and audit committees in the private and public sector including the UK Supreme Court, House of Commons, Companies House, National School of Government, Service Personnel and Veterans Agency, VOSA and Wilton Park.
Alex also speaks and advises on finance, operations and IT and audit committee best practice. He is co - author of The Art of Better Retail Banking published by Wileys in 2005.
Philip Robinson
Philip Robinson is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He started his career Auditing in public practice and then moved in to Financial Management within the Financial Services Industry, where he held a number of senior finance roles in the Commodity and Derivatives trading sector. He then moved in to Financial Regulation and from 1990 to 2009 was a Director with the Financial Services Authority and its predecessors.
His FSA roles included Director of Finance, Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs, Director of Deposit Taking Supervision, Director of Authorisation and Regulatory Decisions and latterly Director of Financial Crime and Intelligence. He retired from that role in October 2009 but continues to provide consultancy advice in the field of Financial Crime and Regulation.
He currently sits on the Advisory Board of ING Direct UK and is a Trustee of the Geffrye Museum, chairing its Audit and Risk Committee.
Philip is additionally a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute and the Royal Society for Arts.
